Melanie: Tuesday

  • Breakfast: banana with almond butter, glass of oj, multivitamin, 3 fish oil, 1 cup of coffee
  • Lunch: One piece of bread with sunflower butter
  • Snacks throughout day: Almonds, wasabi almonds, apple, wasabi trail mix
  • Dinner: hamburger patty, creamed spinach; raw carrots; artichoke, red pepper and lettuce salad; black olives; one glass of wine
