- Lunch: One piece of bread with sunflower butter
- Snacks throughout day: Almonds, wasabi almonds, apple, wasabi trail mix
- Dinner: hamburger patty, creamed spinach; raw carrots; artichoke, red pepper and lettuce salad; black olives; one glass of wine
