Melanie: Thursday

  • Breakfast: Apple with almond butter, orange juice, coffee, fish oil (3), MV
  • Snack: Wasabi trail mix
  • Lunch: Two crab cakes, salad with blue cheese vinagrette, lemonade
  • Dinner: Cashews, a cold, old leftover mozarella stick, two slices of deli turkey, 3 cocktails
