Melanie

The weekend was a bit of a wreck nutrition wise, so I'm going to start fresh today!
  • Breakfast: banana with almond butter, oj, mv, 3 f.o., 2 c. coffee
  • Lunch / Snacks: Trail mix, almonds, 2 chicken fingers, some salad
  • Dinner: 1 turkey Italian sausage, sauteed peppers, 2 cocktails
