I have been completely out of whack on every front for the past week. Back in the saddle today.
Breakfast: OJ, apple with cashew butter
Snack: Trader Joe's Macademias Mix Gingerly with Cranberries & Almonds
Lunch: 4 strips of flank steak
Dinner: Hamburger patty w/ blue cheese, spinach with Goddess dressing from TJ, avocado
