Melanie: Wednesday

  • Breakfast: banana with almond butter; blueberries; oj
  • Snack: Almonds
  • Lunch: Caesar salad with salmon
  • Snack: granola bar
  • Dinner: Steak, broccoli and cauliflower; sauteed red pepper and onions, 1 cocktail
I feel like I am really getting into the groove with this diet this week, even with the granola bar.
