- Breakfast: nuts, dried fruit, banana, coffee
- Supplements: 3 fish oil, 1B, 2 bilberry
- Lunch: snack-sized bag of bar-b-que potato chips, nuts, juice
- Dinner: Shannon Kokoska came to visit! I made fish stew and salad. Together we drank 3 bottles of wine. I feel like crap today.
