Let me see if I can do yesterday:
Breakfast: Coffee, blueberries, nuts
Lunch: beet greens, one tortilla wrapper fried in olive oil and salt, some pork
Snack: nuts
Dinner: mu-shu pork, no wrappers
2 glasses of wine
Today
Fabulous sesame-honey covered almonds from Trader Joes, mu-shu pork, blueberries, coffee.
I have been relaxing on gluten and dairy. I had a slice of pizza last week. I am hungry for yogurt. Sometimes, if I eat too many vegetables, it feels like my tummy is rotting.
