Melanie: Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, oj, 1 piece of bacon, pineapple, usual supplements
  • Snacks: Almonds, beef jerky
  • Lunch: turkey Italian sausage, sauteed peppers
  • Snack: banana
  • Dinner: Curry-flavored chicken from Trader Joe's (very good); sauteed summer squash, spinach salad, 1 glass of wine
