I went climbing in WV, and went we went out for pizza, I ate salad and had 3 beers.
- Breakfast: nuts and dried blueberries, coffee
- Lunch: steamed veggies, pulled pork bar-b-que, waldorf salad, cucumbers & carrots
- Dinner: Grilled steak tenderloin, grilled beets, turnips & onions. Sauteed beet and turnip greens. 3 glasses of wine.
