Karen: Monday

I need a fresh start too. I was good about nutrition (I didn't eat Joey's meal on Friday - it was pasta puttanesca, bread and tomatoes, tomato salad, and mixed greens. I ate the greens.) I was bad about the alcohol, though. I had a salad and a lot of wine.

I went climbing in WV, and went we went out for pizza, I ate salad and had 3 beers.
  • Breakfast: nuts and dried blueberries, coffee
  • Lunch: steamed veggies, pulled pork bar-b-que, waldorf salad, cucumbers & carrots
  • Dinner: Grilled steak tenderloin, grilled beets, turnips & onions. Sauteed beet and turnip greens. 3 glasses of wine.
